This is a watershed moment, we have sold the MGA (on Friday Aug 22nd) - the hardest decision I have ever had to make, but the right one - thanks to some helpful encouragement and cajoling....And the house is empty, (from Monday 1 sept)apart from two bits of old tat as Russ calls them.
